Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Two Guys and a Squeegee website and the services we provide, including window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, deck staining, and solar panel cleaning. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

We provide professional exterior cleaning services across Upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina. All work is performed by trained technicians using industry-standard equipment and methods.

Service quotes are based on the information you provide. If the actual job differs significantly from what was described (size, condition, accessibility, etc.), we may need to adjust the price after assessing the property in person. We will always notify you before any pricing change.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may be confirmed upon on-site inspection. Quotes assume safe and reasonable access to the work area. Additional charges may apply for hard-to-reach areas, excessive buildup, or special equipment requirements.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We will do our best to honor confirmed appointment times. Severe weather (rain, high winds, freezing temperatures) may require rescheduling for safety reasons.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee equal to 25% of the quoted service price.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Recurring or large commercial accounts may be invoiced with payment terms of Net 15.

Late payments may be subject to a 5% late fee per month on the outstanding balance. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee. We reserve the right to suspend service on accounts that are past due.

Customer Responsibilities

To help us deliver the best results, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and work needed
• Ensure the work area is accessible on the scheduled date
• Remove or secure pets, vehicles, fragile items, and outdoor furniture
• Inform us of any known hazards (loose siding, damaged windows, electrical issues, etc.)
• Provide access to a working water source and exterior electrical outlets when required
• Close all windows and doors prior to service

Property Condition and Pre-Existing Damage

We treat every property with care, but exterior cleaning involves water, pressure, and cleaning solutions that can reveal or expose pre-existing damage such as:

• Loose paint, siding, or shingles
• Failed caulk or seals around windows
• Oxidized, damaged, or aged surfaces
• Wood rot under stains or paint
• Existing leaks or water intrusion points

We are not responsible for damage caused by underlying conditions that existed before service. We will document any visible concerns before starting work whenever possible.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, contact us within 72 hours of completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost. This guarantee covers our workmanship, not pre-existing conditions or stains that cannot be safely removed.

Liability and Insurance

Two Guys and a Squeegee is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or conditions
• Damage caused by customer-supplied access or equipment
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Acts of nature, weather events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Any claim of damage must be reported in writing within 72 hours of service completion.

Photography and Marketing

We may take before-and-after photos of work performed for quality control, training, and marketing purposes. These photos may be used on our website, social media, and marketing materials. We will not include identifying personal information (such as your name or street address) in public posts without permission. If you do not want photos of your property used, please notify us in writing before service.

Website Use

The content on our website (text, images, logos, graphics) is the property of Two Guys and a Squeegee and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to disrupt its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may include links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that specific results will be achieved from our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
